Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted Archipelago - Setup Guide
Defend your lawn from hordes of undead in this Archipelago implementation of "Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted", a modern take on the 2009 classic.
Prerequisites
- Plants vs. Zombies Replanted
- MelonLoader Installer
- The latest
pvzr.apworldfile. - The latest Replanted Archipelago mod.
Installing the APWorld
- To install the APWorld, open the Archipelago Launcher and click on "Install APWorld", then select your
pvzr.apworldfile.
Mod Setup
- If you have not already set up MelonLoader for Plants vs. Zombies Replanted, you will need to use the MelonLoader Installer. Run the Melonloader Installer, select your installation of Plants vs. Zombies Replanted and then click "Install".
- Navigate to Plants vs. Zombies Replanted's installation directory - you can find this in Steam by clicking "Manage > Browse Local Files".
- Extract the contents of the Replanted Archipelago mod release into this directory. To update the mod, simply replace the mod files.
Generating
- To generate a game, follow the official instructions.
Playing
- Upon opening the game, you will be prompted to enter your connection information.
- After succesfully connecting, you are ready to play!
A new user profile will automatically be created for each Archipelago game. If there is no space to create this profile, you will need to temporarily remove the Replanted Archipelago mod, reboot the game and manually delete a profile of your choice. After deleting a profile, you can reinstall the mod and continue as normal.
